Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actor, writer and best-selling novelist. Her skills have earned her world-wide recognition. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina, on 3rd December 1960. She is oldest among three siblings. She was born to Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. The mother of her child Anne works as a psychotherapist. She's of Scottish-English descent. Because of her father's work, the Moore family moved a lot and she struggled to establish friendships, or to keep ones. Moore was in the class of Frankfurt American High School in Germany as her parents moved to the United States. She began performing in the theatre. Her education continued at Boston University where she graduated in 1983 with B.F.A. Moore graduated in 1983, with the degree of B.F.A. Moore's professional career started in New York with Off-Broadway Theater after graduation. In an episode of The Edge of Night in 1985, Moore made her first on-screen appearance. It was in 1986 that she portrayed the two characters in the show of Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). It was her first major break. She starred on the show as the World Turns through 1988. For her role she won a Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she began her film debut with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie which was later criticized as a terrible low-budget film. Short Cuts was produced by Robert Altman in 1993 and 3 Women was released in 1997. The films were critically acclaimed and Moore was nominated for multiple awards. Moore's first leading role was in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg chose Moore to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World. It was one of the most popular movies released that year. The actress received an SAG nomination in 1999 for her role she played in Magnolia, a critically acclaimed film. She co-starred with Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep and others in The Hours, which was repeatedly nominated for Academy Awards. Moore was also in The Forgotten 2004, Freedomland, Shelter and Shelter 2010. Non-Stop was a film in which she appeared in 2014 was released. Moore has appeared in numerous movies and television shows. Recently, she was featured in the role of the main character in You Finish Saving The World (2022).
